Construction: blood count board is a special thick glass slides, there are four slots constitute three platforms on the slide. The middle of the platform is wider, which has been a dash between the trough separated into two halves, each half at each engraved with a small square grid, each square grid divided into nine large squares, the center of a large square as counting, called the count area. Tick count area there are two: one is the count area is divided into 16 squares (large squares separated by a three-wire), each of which is divided into 25 small squares in the grid; the other is a count of distinction into 25 squares (between squares separated by a double), each of which is divided into 16 small squares squares.
