Commonly know as ‘Chocolate pudding fruit’ plant due to the highly unusual fruit with a pudding-like flesh, rich and smooth with chocolatey overtones. The nutritious fruit is low in fat and an excellent source of Vitamin C. It contains about 4 times Vitamin C than an orange. Often used in yoghurt and other deserts.
It can grow up to 5-10 meters tall in outdoor tropical climates, it is often grown as a potted plant—on patios in warmer climates, sometimes as a houseplant in colder regions.

Abiu is native to South America. It thrives in subtropical and tropical climate conditions. Abiu produces delicious brilliant yellow fruit with sweet translucent flesh. The fruit tastes like creme caramel and often used to flavour ice cream and other deserts.
Abiu fruit is a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B3, calcium, phosphorus and dietary fibre. It is believed to improve vision and prevent eye disorders due to its high vitamin A content.
