RETURN POLICY

On items that are returnable, the return process depends on the reason for the return. If you're returning an item because it doesn't match the listing description, or arrives damaged or faulty, then the seller is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind or if item doesn't fit despite having the dimensions clearly stated on the item's listing and you want to return it, you'll be responsible for return shipping. Item must not be damaged, used, worn and must be in it's original state of when it arrived to you. DO NOT remove tags that is attached to item when received before deciding whether to keep or return. All tags on items must still be attached is making a return. Please refer to the ebay page on "Return Shipping for Buyers" for more information on how to proceed. If you damaged or destroyed the item after receiving it, item is not returnable and not the seller's responsibility. All returned items will be inspected before making the final decision on a refund.


FREE SHIPPING POLICY (USA BUYERS)

Some of our listings at our store have free shipping included with the purchase of an item and will be as marked. Some items are not returnable and will be as marked. If an item is returned because it does not fit or you simply do not like it, shipping costs will be deducted from refund. If a shipment is returned due to a mistake we made we will gladly reship it, but if the fault is on the buyers end such as wrong address or not being available to sign or receive a package, buyer will have to pay to have an item re-shipped once it has been returned. If buyer decides on a refund, shipping costs for the item will be deducted from refund. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (INTERNATIONAL BUYERS)

For combined shipping on international orders please contact us prior to making payment. If you make payment first we will not be able to provide you a partial refund later. Delivery normally takes 12-15 business days not including weekends depending on the customs procedures in your country. We ship first class international shipping with the United States Postal Service (USPS), tracking information is automatically uploaded to the transaction details page. Tracking will only update in the United States. After it has left the US, tracking/shipping information will no longer update while in transit until it arrives at final destination.
