Fusilli pasta were originally developed in Southern Italy by rolling and setting fresh spaghetti around thin rods to dry. This shape is traditionally formed by rolling strips of pasta over a rod to create the twisted shape. Fusilli works well with any sauce, added to soups, or turned into a salad.


How to cooking : Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add salt and the pasta and cook slowly boiling for around 20 minutes, drain and dress with one of any delicious sauces like Bolognese Ragu , Broccoli , Pesto sauce or any. 


Cooking time: 15-20 mins.
