This envelope contains on transfer of each of the 16 designs. Transfers fuse on to fabric, and colors will stay true on fabric of any color. They are soft and flexible, will bend with the fabric and will not crack, peel or bleed. Washable in cold water.

I buy my items at a variety of places and can't guarantee this hasn't been around smoke at some point. I don't smell any odor on it and would never buy it if I did. However, I do have a cat who likes to "share" a hair or two so if you're sensitive please be aware!
