If coin will not fit through slot then it is fake and probably made out of a combination of silver and copper or perhaps stainless steel. These counterfeit copies have been mass produced in China and Russia. These fraudulent coins look very authentic but are too thick because they are made out of a silver/copper alloy and are not pure gold.
