Mitaka Piston Kit

Piston - Aluminium alloy, forged and CNC machined, the same manufacturing techniques as OEM.

Rings - Are the best available! Always TP or Riken, the same manufacturers used on many Japanese and European OEM pistons.

Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, high strength and hardness. Circlips included.

The kit that will be sent out will include a B size piston kit (75.98mm - Standard Size) if you wish to change to a C size (75.99mm) please send a message when placing your order.

Mitaka Gasket Set

Head gasket, Base gasket, Valve stem seals, Timing chain tensioner seal or gasket, Exhaust pipe copper ring, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Water pump gasket, Hydraulic clutch gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various o-rings if required.

Mitaka Seal Set

Includes all seals required, Main bearings, Conrod oil feed, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, etc

Mitaka Conrod Kit

OEM specification and materials. Includes chromed crank halves connecting pin, big end roller bearing (usually with flat silver bearing cages), forged shot peened steel alloy connecting rod. 

This kit is not a complete crank, it uses your crank halves. Best MX Shop can help with pressing and truing your crank, please contact for more information.

Main Bearings

The bearings used are high quality Japanese bearings by Koyo.
