Delivery time for the order is as per the courier service and delivery postcode. Normally the UK mainland orders are delivered in 3-4 working days. Although its earlier than that but it’s a tentative time. For orders outside UK mainland please contact us for delivery time as it depends on delivery postcode.
Once the items are despatched, Courier have complete control over the delivery process, please understand during this transition we are in the same boat as you, we can only check the item tracking to find out its location. In case, the item does not arrive in 7-10 working days, please contact us and we will escalate the matter with courier to investigate it.

Please consider the following points regarding the purchase of Himalayan salt because it’s a naturally sourced product.

All the natural Himalayan salt products are handcrafted, they will have irregular shape and not a single item will match the other one.
Salt stones have groves and veins, this is the natural texture, you may find these characteristics in the salt products. We quality test the items so please understand they are not broken items. Due to this fragile nature of the salt, during the machine crafting, edges are not evenly smooth.
Salt stones extracted from various mountain ranges they have different colour and shades of pink, orange and red. The pictures show on the screen are only for demo purposes. Although they are taken from the real products.
All the salt items are sold as per weight not per size.
Himalayan salt sometimes pool depends on the weather conditions and placement of the items, in this situation please wipe the lamp and keep it under the dry indoor conditions and it will settle down in 2-3 days.
Salt products are edible in nature as this salt itself is edible.
