Delivery is on the next working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) if your order is received by Midday (Monday-Friday) and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Orders received by 8am Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Delivered by Royal Mail - a signature will be required on receipt. Excludes all personalised jewellery.

Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail International delivery timescale.
We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbour or your local Delivery Office.
Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to investigate any item that has not been delivered unless 15 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).
The 15 working day period before investigation and 28 working day deadline may be extended when normal delivery times are disrupted and delays beyond our control occur.
SHOP REFUND/ RETURN POLICY. WE PROVIDE FREE RETURNS SO PLEASES SELECT THE APPROPRIATE REASON. EVEN IF YOU SIMPLY DISLIKE THE ITEM.
Unworn resaleable item(s) purchased from our shop may be refunded providing that you request this within 30 days from the date of purchasel.

For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items to enable a refund to be processed.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
