presenta questo particolare Iambic Paddle, manipolatore a palette per
telegrafia in kit da montare oppure già montato.
Questo Paddle è stato studiato per essere piccolo,
leggero e versatile: la sua forma si adatta per uso in portatile sia
appoggiato sul tavolo sia tenuto impugnato nel palmo della mano.
La
particolarità che lo rende unico è l'assenza di viti, parti
metalliche e saldature. La versione in Kit può essere montata in
pochi minuti. Le molle delle palette, i perni e i contatti sono
realizzati esclusivamente per mezzo di materiale composito (carbonio)
la cui elasticità rimane immutata nel tempo.
Tutti i
pezzi si assemblano a incastro. Il paddle dispone di due finecorsa
regolabili per aumentare o diminuire la corsa delle palette. I due
morsetti per i conduttori fanno anche da tensionatori della molla in
modo da avere un minimo di regolazione sulla durezza delle palette.
Anche il contatto di massa è fermato da un morsetto rotante.
Una
volta montato sarà sufficiente inserire i tre conduttori (anche
senza stagnatura) nelle feritoie e chiudere i morsetti. Sarà facile
anche scambiare i due contatti per avere l'inversione delle palette
dei punti e delle linee.
Il cavo di connessione al RTX non è
fornito.

Appli-Bet presents this particular Iambic Paddle, a paddle manipulator for telegraphy in kit form or already assembled.
This Paddle is designed to be small, light and versatile:
its shape is suitable for portable use either resting on the table or
held in the palm of the hand.
What
makes it unique is the absence of screws, metal parts and welding.
The kit version can be assembled in minutes. The paddle springs, pins
and contacts are made exclusively of composite material (carbon
fiber) whose elasticity remains unchanged over time.
All
parts are interlocking. The paddle has two adjustable end stops to
increase or decrease paddle travel. The two conductor clamps also act
as spring tensioners so that there is a minimum of adjustment on the
paddle hardness. The ground contact is also stopped by a rotary
clamp.
Once
assembled, it will be sufficient to insert the three conductors (even
without tinning) into the slots and close the terminals. It will also
be easy to swap the two contacts to have the point and line paddles
reversed.
The connection cable to the RTX is not supplied.
