This is an  Antique 1920’s Art Deco Flapper Era Black Silk Flower Beaded Blouse.  The blouse has a gorgeous Art Deco Floral design of black shimmering micro beads and bugle beads.  The front and back have the same floral pattern.  The blouse slips over the head and there are openings at the top shoulders on each side held together by pins.  A nice sewn finished hemline.   The arms have been cut off.  The bead work is in very, very good condition.  The black chiffon fabric has no holes or stains.  This 1920's Flapper Era Art Deco blouse is certainly worthy of restoration with the exquisite beadwork on chiffon. .  The sleeves can be hemmed and the top shoulder areas can have snaps added to be held closed.
