3part replacement for the aluminium battery cover of the Trek Rail and Powerfly to reduce 300gr weight.

Battery is a "normal" battery (System 2).

- for the 625Wh Battery

- for the 500Wh Battery instead of the 625Wh, when using my Battery Lock Removal Bracket  

This is Version 2 of the Battery Cover Replacement - it provides a connector to lock the 3 parts together, great if you would like to put some wrap on. 

If you have replaced the standard Trek Lock System with a some kind of Battery Lock Replacement Bracket, you will need the "3D Battery Bracket Version" to keep the cover in place. It will add the Battery Bracket (the orange part) to the Shipping. The Trek Lock Replacement Bracket itself is not part of this offering. Please see my other listings if you are interested to get one.

If you run a 500Wh battery with the Trek Rip Spacer, you will need to find your own way to keep the cover in place, like using some tape.

3D Print in 3 parts (PETG, 95% infill) - Base is high quality PETG from Prusa. PETG is used universally but is especially suitable for mechanical parts for both indoor and outdoor use. 

This offering only includes the 3D printed Battery Cover Replacement - the Battery itself or the Battery Lock Removal Bracket are not part of this offer.
