Cards sold at $4.99 and under will pay $2 in shipping, cards sold at $5-$19.99, shipping is $2.50. Cards sold at $20 or higher, shipping is per card and you will have to pay the suggested amount. We do combined shipping, each extra card is .50, cards above $20 do not qualify for combined shipping.
