This program consists of, among other things, biographies and, in most cases, photos of all the players on the 1964 Cleveland Browns roster.  Additionally, and most importantly, 40 players have autographed their biographical section.  The players whose autographs are on these pages are: Walter Beach, Larry Benz, Ed Bettridge, John Brewer, Jim Brown (HOF), John Brown, Mike Bundra, Monte Clark, Gary Collins, Vince Costello, Ross Fichtner, Galen Fiss, Bobby Franklin, Bob Gain, Tom Goosby, Ernie Green, Gene Hickerson (HOF), Jim Houston, Tom Hutchinson, Jim Kanicki, Leroy Kelly (HOF), Mike Lucci, Clifton McNeil, Dale Memmelaar, Dick Modzelewski, Jim Ninowski, Frank Parker, John Morrow, Bernie Parrish, Dave Raimey, Walter Roberts, Frank Ryan, Charley Scales, Dick Schafrath, Stan Sczurek, Roger Sholes, Paul Wiggin, Paul Warfield (HOF), Sidney Williams, and John Wooten.  The only autographs that are missing are Lou Groza (HOF), who passed away in 2000, Bill Glass and Lowell Caylor.

In addition, under the Monte Clark autograph, Kellen Winslow Sr. (HOF), snuck in his autograph (blue sharpie) but he never played for the Browns.

There are pages devoted to facts about the Cleveland Browns, the 1964 team roster, the games of the 1964 championship season, excepts from the book "Browns Town: 1964," and two pages about the 1964 championship season. The very last page addresses Jim Brown's Amer-I-Can Foundation for life-management skills education and social change.

The program is in very good to excellent condition for being almost twenty years old.  The binding is tight, two minor bends along the top of the front cover.  Each page is clean, no dirt or smudges and all but two autographs are in black sharpie.  One autograph was done in silver sharpie (Mike Bundra) and one in blue sharpie (John Wooten).

A full letter of authentication from JSA (YY33380) accompanies the program which will be protected extremely well if it has to be mailed.  We would, however, prefer a local buyer if at all possible (within 50 or so miles of zip code 44124) so that we could meet at a public location (gas station, police station, restaurant parking lot, etc.) where the program can be personally delivered.  Anymore, we hate to have valuable, historical items such as this entrusted to our commercial delivery services.

It is simply amazing to have something like this, signed by forty members of the 1964 champion Cleveland Browns in this type of format.  One-of-a-kind?  Maybe.  Thanks for your interest and let us know if you have any questions or would like to see more photos.
