Layered Art Metal Glass Bowl Metal with Glass Layer Gold Black Paint 8.25" Dia

I'm not 100% sure about the construction of this bowl, but I believe it is a silver tone metal bowl painted black and gold on the top side, and then a final layer of glass.

Diameter is 8 1/4", and height is about 1 1/2".
 

I offer 30-day returns except for items that are listed as nonworking. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
