Antique Japanese Black Lacquered Jewelry Box Musical Hand Painted 12 x 8” READ. This box shows wear, has a few areas that the been touched up with black and gold paint. Beautiful painting on top and on 3 compartments inside the mark on bottom only says Japan 2 tassels inside but I believe there originally was a third, the mirror is slightly faded due to age.
