· This Samsung Gear S Watch is in good condition and will arrive to you with a band and charger cradle. The watch is guaranteed with our extended 90-day store warranty for refund or replacement.
· BLUETOOTH CONNECTION (RECOMMENDED): The watch can access 3G network while connecting to a smart phone via Samsung Gear App. You will need to install Samsung Gear App on your phone. It is available to work with any network your phone has via Bluetooth connection. However you will need a phone that is compatible with 3G band.
· CELLULAR CONNECTION (NOT RECOMMENDED): NO LONGER SUPPORTED
· Compatible to Samsung phone released before 2021 i.e. the Galaxy S20 and S20 Ultra, Note 20, S Fold 2, Z Fold 2, Z Flip, A01, A11, A21, A51, M01's and M31, or older models. DOES NOT work with new phone released in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
· Our system has a record of the serial numbers of items we sold and please don't buy and return something different. Each watch has an unique IMEI number and it will be matched to our sales order when returned.

Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
