3. Delivery. The usual period of delivery is 7-10 days to European countries, 10-15 days to the USA, Canada, Japan, 14-21 days to Australia, New Zealand and other countries worldwide by Ukrainian postal service.

4. Delays. Very rarely, delays can occur in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control (postal service delays). If the item is delayed in shipping, the buyer should inform the seller about delay. Please allow the seller 1-2 business days to research the situation and possible reasons of delay.

Guarantee/Return Policy
