This lovely dress appears to be handmade.  There are no labels or information regarding size on the dress. It's light blue in color with an off-white paisley pattern made of tiny plastic beads adhered to a white paint/adhesive on the dress. The beads are very well adhered.  The dress was laundered in Orvus and line dried with no ill effects. The paisley pattern is slightly discolored at the hem.  The dress is sleeveless with a back light blue zipper. Darts for a nice shape. The seam is coming apart at top left shoulder and needs minor repair.
