Item measures over 13 in. tall. Pre-owned, with some signs of handling and display. There are two places near the bottom where the paint seems to have been chipped off and painted back in. See photos. Possible other similar defects I didn't notice. The material is either chalkware or plaster. A little dust may be present in the crevices.
