Star Wars Rogue One Stormtrooper helmet classic trooper 3D print DIY kit.

Printed using resin and PLA to reduce finishing work and improve overall finish.

Sized to fit 23-24 inch head circumference.

Assembly required, helmet is split into 3 main parts, front, back and dome along with 2 resin printed details that slot in.

Suggested finishing steps to obtain a smooth finish:

1. Sand PLA parts with 40 or 60 grit sandpaper

2. Sand PLA parts with 120 grit sandpaper.

3. Coat with filler primer or spray putty.

4. Wet sand resin and PLA parts with 240 grit sandpaper.

5. Coat with filler primer or spray putty.

6. Sand with 400 grit sandpaper.

7. If any imperfections remain, these can be filled with wood filler, car body filler etc. and sanded smooth again.

8. Assemble, prime and paint.
