Returns/Refunds:
If the item you receive couldn't work in anyway (defective, damaged or wrong item), please report the problem in 5 days. We will issue a Reference Number for return item. Defective product may be offered exchange/repair service within the warranty period. Only defective items can be returned and must be returned at buyer's expense, while we will be full responsible for reshipping the replacement to you.
When you receive the package make sure that the box is undamaged and in a good condition before you accept it. If you encounter any holes, cracks or anything else that may evidently damage the product inside the box ask your post office or delivery service for refund or inspection and let us know as soon as you can. Also, if possible take a photo of the box clearly showing the damaged part and include it in your e-mail so we have an evidence.
Posting negative feedback before giving us the opportunity to repair or replace the item will result in void of warranty. You can't return the item if you change your mind or purchased the wrong item. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be not accepted and will be charged 20% restocking fee.
