CareIP® Mobile offers a completely digital, future-proof solution and can operate using GSM, GPRS and IP/Internet communication. The device is always online and constantly monitored via a ‘heartbeat’ transmitted every two minutes. If connection is lost, notification is automatically sent. The carephone comes with one Enzo radio trigger and is supported by our online web portal, i-care® online. A wide range of Telecare accessories, including various radio triggers, fall detectors, bed sensors, door alarms and more, can be connected in order to meet individual needs.

What problem does it solve?

A radio trigger connected to a social alarm/carephone allows seniors to remain living in their own home longer, safe in the knowledge that help is available at the touch of a button. It also allows carers to leave the home, or to get a good night’s sleep, confident that they will be alerted if an emergency occurs.

CareIP® Mobile transmits an emergency alarm to the alarm receiving centre via GSM or internet using TTNEW, CPC, SCAIP or UMO-XML alarm protocols and high quality, duplex or simplex digital speech. This ensures compatibility with all the latest monitoring centres including Tunstall, Jontek, Verklizan (UMO) and Chubb. The device can operate in three ways:

• GSM only (with roaming SIM card) - for easy installation where no phone line is available
• IP/ Internet – option for connecting via an ethernet cable
• GSM and IP/Internet – automatically switches to GSM if internet connection is lost, providing a level of security far above traditional analogue devices

How does it work?

Enzo features two-way data communication to reassure users by confirming that the alarm has been acknowledged. When an alarm is activated, the LED on the radio trigger lights up. Once the signal has been received by the social alarm, the LED changes colour.

Information regarding battery life and range are automatically sent to the social alarm to ensure that the user always will be able to make a call. The battery can easily be changed, thus minimising lifetime cost and maximising efficiency.

● PACKING
I try to use as much recycled packing material as possible. So, many times I will use recycled cardboard boxes, sometimes even envelopes. If this bothers you in any way, please message me before ordering, so I can make sure I have a brand new box for you.


● SHIPPING
Most of my orders are sent with Royal Mail, as I find them to be the most reliable service, with decent people that do the deliveries. We all know the issues with most courier. I strongly believe Royal Mail has the most decent staff. 
At checkout you will have different options for shipping, please choose another shipping option if you do not like Royal Mail.
The pre-selected shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd class. The average delivery time is 2-3 working days, but official Royal Mail delivery time for 2nd class is 2-10 working days. Although most orders are delivered within 3 working days, there are occasions where delivery can take longer. You can always choose a different shipping method at checkout.


● IMPORTANT
I do all packing myself and drop the packages at the Post Office myself. I buy items regularly in bigger numbers, and most of the brand new ones are sealed in original packing. Although I do my best to make sure you receive an item that will be up to your expectations, sometimes it may happen that an item might be defective, might have missing parts, wrong colour packed; sometimes it may arrive damaged, or it can be lost in transit; it may even happen that I make an error myself when packing, and possibly send you a different item, or forget to put one of your items in the package (I work 14hrs/day 7days/week). Although these errors are rare, I want to make you aware that I AM ALWAYS HERE TO SOLVE ANY ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER. I am a decent person, kind and easy to talk to, and I DO CARE about my customers. 
But if the tiny chance of having an issue with your order, is something that is out of the question with you, or if any of my T&C's might upset you in any way, PLEASE do not order from me.
