Here is a piece of Williamsburg Pottery, Salt Glazed.  It is a Flower Frog Jug Vase, meaning, the 11 holes that have been cut out around the top half of the Jug, is to insert fresh cut flowers in each hole, (after you have filled the jug with water), and that will be only halfway filled before the water starts going out those holes.   This is a flower frog.   Measures - 4 3/4" tall, and 3 3/8" dia. wide.   This piece of Williamsburg Pottery has two flaws, I believe the one was done in production it's the right side of the flower bloom, looks like one of their carving tools slipped in there, by mistake, it has glaze over it-(photo #11),  and the other is Photo # 10, on the bottom edge of the lip I don't think there is glaze over it, so it is a small chip.   Neither one of these flaws will be noticeable when using it as a flower frog.   So, this piece of Williamsburg is still in great condition, with two flaws and I'm not too sure that it was ever used as a frog.   Enjoy.
