When no replacement is available a full refund will be issued. You should return to us with the order number and a description of the fault. All returns must be pre authorized. Contact us immediately with the reason for your return.
We run a 7 days return policy for a refund. If you don't like the item you are responsible for return postage costs. The postage costs to send you the item will also be deducted.
We would be grateful if, when entering your DSRs for feedback, you would bear in mind that dispatch time is how quickly we ship your item and delivery time is how long the courier takes to get your item to you. Whilst we do everything we can to dispatch your item on time we have no control over the couriers' delivery times and must place our trust in their promise to deliver.
If you have an issue with the delivery time of one of our couriers, please e-mail us. We will always try to handle your queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.
