PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Areza Silicone Gel Sheet for Scar is a reusable, thin, soft, transparent, semi-occlusive, self-adhesive silicone gel sheet made entirely from medical grade silicone. Silicone Gel Sheets for Scar may help prevent formation of scars on freshly healed wounds and/or significantly reduce the appearance of existing scars including keloid and hypertrophic ones and promote permanent scar reduction. Not intended to be used on open, unhealed wounds. This product is not sterile.

INDICATIONS:
- Temporary use in the management of both existing and new hypertrophic or keloid scars.
- Use as a prophylactic treatment on closed wounds to prevent hypertrophic or keloid scarring.
- Relieves itching and discomfort of the scar.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Avoid usage if known allergy to silicone rubber.
- DO NOT USE on open wounds that have not healed.
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Discontinue use if rash or allergic reaction occurs.
DIRECTIONS:
- Cleanse and dry area to be treated before use in order to reduce discomfort and possible pruritus.
- If needed, trim silicone gel sheet down to necessary size.
- Apply self-adhesive silicone gel sheet and wear up to 12 hours per day (may be worn during the night). It may also be fixed by elastic bandage.
- Keep the unused portion in the original package and store in a cool, dry place for future use.
- Wash sheet daily with a weak alkaline, non-oily (non-moisturizing) soap solution and rinse in clean warm water to wash out any attached debris and maintain its adhesiveness.
- Sheets are durable and reusable for up to 14 days.
For best results:- Air dry, avoid drying with paper products as paper may interfere with the adhesiveness.
- Begin by applying the sheet for 4 hours per day for the first two days, 8 hours per day for the next two days and increase the usage time by two hours per day.
- With sweaty skin, wash the silicone gel sheet more often.
- Avoid ointments on treated area as they may interfere with the silicone’s performance.
