The unit only comes with what is pictured - no other accessories are included, unless otherwise noted or described. There are minor blemishes sporadically along the edges of the face of this unit with some possible faint blemishes throughout the controls. There are faint to minor scuffs and scratches across the top and sides of the unit that will not be visible when installed. There is denting to the right and left sides along the bottom edges that will not be visible when installed. No other damages - cosmetic or otherwise - observed at time of photos. This item includes the mounting hardware bag, missing the bottom vent trim, missing the bottom cut-out skirt, and includes the manual.
