2)  Choose Your Strap in eBay's drop-down menu.   There are 3 straps to choose from Clear Plastic, Black Plastic, and Black Leather belt. 

3)  If there is a personalization Box or send via eBays messaging system, Enter the text you would like on the front and / or back of your item along with Color for the background in the back of the tag and the color of the font.  See color chart in listing photos.

Note:  For the name we use a cursive script called Blacksword font. The rest of text we use Acumin Pro font for easy reading.  Default background color will be white and font color will be black, if no colors are chosen.  

4)  After your purchase, please upload your photo for the front of the baggage tag via eBay messages.

Our Digital Coloring system actually penetrates into the surface of the item and re-colors from the inside out resulting in permanent vibrant coloration that will not peel, fade, or crack.  We further apply a special top coating to make our bag tags UV resistant to keep the colors lasting for years to come, so you do not have to worry about your Luggage Tag staying outside when traveling.

PROCESSING:  Since your item is handmade and customized, please allow 2 - 5 days business days for processing.   Shipping transit times are delivered First Class by the US Post Office with an average of 3 days but can take up to 8 days within the USA.  

RETURNS:  The item is customized to the buyer’s specifications and made after the order is taken.  Because the item is customized, there are no exchanges or refunds for the item unless we make a mistake, or the item is delivered broken.  

COLORS:  We use state of art ink, software, and equipment when making your item.  With that being said, Colors on the photo may still vary due to your computer monitor resolution or if you printed the picture out due to your software and/or printer's color resolution settings.  Computer Monitors tend to make the picture brighter.  The reason is the settings and RBG technology that Computer Monitors utilizes whereas printers utilize CMYK technology.   Kind of like USA English vs UK English, they are similarities but there are differences.  Remember going into a department store and looking at television sets.  each set had a variation of red due to each TV's resolution setting.
