Very few fighter aircraft ever dominated the scene like the McDonnell-Douglas F-15 Eagle after its initial flight on July 27, 1972. From the beginning, it exhibited outstanding manoeuvrability, performance and handling qualities making it unmatched by any current fighter in the world-proofed positive of its air superiority claim. The F-15 is a single seat, fixed wing aircraft with speeds in excess of Mach 2.

Fighter Jets

Now available as balsa and tissue models, these unique scale construction kits offer an interesting alternative to the wide range of plastic models offered hobby fans. Built as skeleton models (as shown on boxes) they make impressive balsa aeroplane display pieces. Tissue covered and decorated with decal insignia, each model is an eye-catching replica of its namesake. The results are certain to please both the beginner and advanced model builder.
