We’ve been selling karaoke since 1988. That’s a long time! When I wanted to put my business phone number in the Yellow Pages the “karaoke” category did not even exist. I had to list the business under “Musical Accompaniment”. I’ve seen a lot of changes in these three decades. The formats that we have used to listen to our music has gone from cassette tapes and Laser Discs to Compact Discs w/Graphics, MP3+G and digital downloads. The good news for those that still have a karaoke cd+g player is that we still have thousands of discs still available, many of them are rare and hard-to-find, such as this one.

This is indeed a unique offering of the songs of the great Tina Turner. 

In 1960 Anna Mae Bullock lent her lead vocals to the song 'Fool In Love' for a male singer that failed to show. That recording was released and Tina Turner came into existence. Throughout the 1960's and early 1970's the Ike & Tina Turner Revue was known for it's highly energetic performances and the duo reached the 'Top 40' on several occasions. By 1980 though, Tina was considered by most to be just a novelty act. But that was not to be! Tina Turner staged what many in the music industry called the greatest comeback ever. She landed a record deal and was even more successful than she was with her husband two decades earlier.

This disc includes songs from her entire career, some that are quite difficult to find, the eighteen listed below.
