Returns
• It is important to me that the item you receive is the item you were expecting. I am an honest seller, and I will always disclose any known issues with anything I am selling. In the event that you do want to return or exchange an item, please contact me ASAP and we can work out a solution. • The majority of the items I sell are fishing related and I strive to maintain a high level of buyer confidence throughout the fishing community.
Shipping
• All products will be shipped via USPS; either First Class Package or Priority Mail. When packaging, I make sure there is no “wiggle room” in the box. All reels and lures are shipped in sturdy boxes. Rods are shipped in USPS triangular shaped tubes, regular cardboard tubes, or PVC pipe. I will not use a rod tube or box that feels weak.
• International shipping is done through the Global Shipping Program.
