We currently accept Paypal, Postal orders and personal cheques.. For international buyers we only accept Paypal.
We will only dispatch items once payment has cleared and in the case of cheques and crossed postal orders this can take 5 working days or more from receipt.
Whenever possible we use Royal Mail and on most items we offer an express delivery option. We may send some heavier items and mutiple purchases with recognised and reliable couriers such as UPS, Hermes, and DHL.
All items are dispatched next working day or sometimes even the same day, We don't dispatch on weekends and public holidays as the postal service does not operate on these days.
All items are fully insured and items of value are sent by a fully trackable service.. Buyers are welcome to collect from our premises if they wish to avoid postage but please contact us through the Ebay messaging system to arrange this first.
We are based solely in the UK and all our items are UK stock, Many sellers advertise their products as being in the UK but the items are shipped from overseas.. Always check the sellers business information and if its not a UK address its not UK stock.

If you would like to return an item which is unworn, untampered with and in the condition it was supplied, we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange less postage costs within 14 days of receipt..
In the case of clothes and accessories We ask that buyers do not remove tags from items until they are sure of a good fit, Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, but if you would like an exchange we'll pay to send the exchange to you.
