Shipping rates are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Fees are that of my courier and/or the Canadian Postal service..
Packages are shipped out ONCE per week and we do not offer a rush or upgraded service. I do not and simply cannot guarantee any specific arrival date.
• LOCATION:
We are located in Ontario, Canada. Please do not request my personal address for pick-up as this service is not offered. Canadians, please understand that your shipping cost is exceptionally higher than that of the United States Postal Service. Contact Canada Post with any complaints in regards to shipping rates etc, I do not personally have any control over this.
• PRICING:
Prices are based upon cost of supplies, market fees, time/effort of acquiring item and personal financial investment. Please respect that this is a small business. I will not tolerate harassment for lower prices or belligerence. We run sales frequently, so be sure to check back if today’s price is unsatisfactory.
• HOLIDAY SHOPPING:
Please give yourself a fair amount of time when it comes to holiday shopping.
I try my best to get your items to you in a very timely manner, but I cannot and DO NOT guarantee any shipping estimate, regardless of the time of year, but especially during holidays. It is strongly advised to purchase Christmas items and gifts BEFORE the month of December. I am not responsible for late arrival of packages - SALES ARE FINAL.
