Vintage Midcentury C.N. Burman Co Baby Blue Gooseneck Desk Lamp With Tulip Shade.

This is such a cute  Mid-Century Modern Gooseneck desk lamp with an adorable ornate tulip shade made by C.N. Burman Co. In Patterson NJ. and inspected and approved by Underwriters Laboratories. It is currently a baby blue/robins egg blue. There are a couple of very very tiny paint chips. Add this vintage vibe to your office, bedside, or reading nook. Paint it according to your paint scheme. This style of lamp also fits in well with a retro decor. Have a favorite shade that you want to use... grab this great lamp and use it wherever you need a bit of extra lighting. There is a 5' cord with a thumb roller on/off switch. The cord looks to be in decent condition, however, new wiring is always recommended when adding vintage lighting to your home. The cord was originally white and it has turned an off-white color. The lamp is tested and works. The lamp stands 15" tall and the base is 5" in diameter. It has a 2½" fitter. Three adjustable screws hold in the tulip shade so you do have some flexibility on the shade. The shade that comes with it is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.  It is a frosted glass. It measures 4½" tall x 5½" in diameter across the fluted bottom. It has a 2¼" fitter diameter. Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.
