If the part you have ordered from us is faulty we will either replace the part if stock levels permit or refund your money, however we must be advised of any faulty parts upon receipt of the item immediately by email, we will then advise you on a course of action. It is your responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us, if the item is found to be faulty on arrival here, we will then refund the shipping costs. We will not accept responsibility on wrongly ordered parts if in doubt please contact us for our help.
