Returns Policy:

All returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, the buyer is responsible for return carriage. All refunds will be given upon inspection of the returned item which must arrive back in its original packaging.

Postage & Collection details:

Opening Hours 08:30am - 17:30pm Monday - Friday

Items purchased & paid for before 15:00pm Mon - Fri will be dispatched same working day.
Items purchased & paid for after 15:00pm up until 17:30pm Mon – Fri will be dispatched next working day.

Please note we do not offer a Saturday delivery – items purchased on the Friday will not arrive until the next working day – this will be the following Monday / Tuesday in the case it falls on a bank holiday weekend.

Items purchased & paid for can be collected during our opening hours – with a proof of purchase.

Our carriage prices are for UK Mainland only – please contact for carriage outside of this area.

Please note all our parcels are sent with Hermes, Fedex or DPD.

Please make sure you're in to receive your parcel as we will not be responsible after 3 attempted deliveries.

We may also attempt delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
