Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!

We will contact you if additional shipping costs are required for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. 

Please use eBay's International shipping service for international shipping. 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

If freight shipping to a business with a forklift, contact us for a discount on shipping.

We do not offer returns or cancellations unless item arrives damaged from shipping. If damaged in shipping, please save all packaging and shipping materials and contact us immediately.

Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted for any reason once the payment has been made. 

Local pickup is available from our shop located at 4228 E State Highway 402, Loveland, Co 80537.
