We need to know
1. Title for the top ie: Dad, Daddy, Grandad,
Our Team, Our Family, Daddy's Team, Happy Father's Day etc.
2. How many children 5 maximum.
Hand size will be small unless larger is requested
3. Middle ie: You'e the best, Happy Father's Day, Team Daniels etc.
4. Children's names in order left to right with
(m) for male or (f) for female after each name
4. Bow or wings if requested, blue or pink
