A rare Scandinavian-style Zoo-line desk box. Zoo-line was a company from California that used Japan to manufacture high-quality teak wood animals. From looking at other listings on this item, it appears to be designed by or inspired by Kay Bojesen.
The Pelican can hold small desk items like paperclips or erasers in its beak and seems to be designed to serve as a classy desk piece.
The pelican is in very good condition with one small scratch on his beak (shown in photos).
