Important: Some laptop models use more than one type of screen. The screen could be CCFL (using inverter pcb) or an LED with data connector at different locations, depending on the model of the screen. The best practice is to remove the broken/faulty screen from your laptop and get part number or model number from the back of the screen and the position of the data cable connector.
All our screens are new and follow ISO 13406-2 standards for dead pixels, that is 2 to 5 dead pixels are acceptable. We may send you the exact model as advertised or a 100% compatible screen. Note: Please disconnect the battery, plug in Data Cable and test the screen with power from your ac adapter before fitting it in the laptop. Do remember to re-connect the battery again when the screen is finally fitted in the laptop. |

If the product goes faulty within our warranty period then just contact us through eBay with your warranty number starting with ANA?.. and let us know the issue as well.
We have a hassle free returns policy. If for any reason, whatsoever, within 14 days of purchase you would like to return the product then please send us a message through eBay. Please note, if the item you received is damaged in transit then you must contact us within 24 hours. We will issue RMA (Returns Material Authorization) Number to be written and clearly visible on the outside of the box when shipping back to us. No returns will be accepted without and RMA Number. Please make sure that all warranty labels are in place and without any tampering. All returned parts must be in good condition and in original packing. Once we receive the item back in our original packing, we will either replace it or refund in full excluding our initial shipping, handling and administrative costs. The customer will be responsible without any exception for all return shipping charges. Please note, custom fees and import duties are not refundable.
