Vintage Costume Party NOISEMAKER RATCHET Kirchhof Dancing New Years Wood Metal
This is a vintage HALLOWEEN or NEW YEARS RATCHET NOISEMAKER!
In mostly metal, this rectangular shaped noisemaker is done in yellow with a red, blue and white design.
It has a red wood handle on the side. One grasps the handle and "twists" the noisemaker in the air and it will spin and make the noise.
The design on the front is of a couples dancing along with some flowers at the top. The couples dancing appear to be in costumes; the men are in clown or jester outfits one with a cone hat and another with a big white ruffled collar and a diamond pattern on their jackets. The women have short dresses, perhaps ballerinas.
At the top is an opening where a jagged metal wheel turns when you spin the noisemaker in the air, creating the noise inside.
IT is marked on the back and on the sides with the brand information, patent date and patent number. It is in full working order.

CONDITION: This noisemaker is in pre-owned and vintage condition. It is in full working order. The front image and graphics are in good overall shape but there is some scratching. The back of the noisemaker has scratches, dings, dents and finish wear. The handle is in good working order.
