All my products are genuine, new and unused.  I take extra care when packaging all products and photographic proof is retained to prove the condition that items are in when they are sent out.  Unless stated otherwise, I use Royal Mail for delivery.  Any claims of non-delivery / damage will need to be notified immediately and I will require photographs of damaged items including packaging.  All cases of loss or damage will always be followed up with Royal Mail. Under normal circumstances I do not accept returns as I will not resell products that have been opened.  If for some reason I do accept a return, the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs
