This is a used British Pennant 325 Fold Down LUG WRENCH. 7/8 marking on it. We found it in a lot of parts from a Triumph TR6 (last photo is from a 1974 TR6 Owners Manual). It may apply to other Triumph models TR2 TR3 TR4 TR250 with 7/8 lug nuts. It has some age and use wear and scratches. Look closely at photos for details. The end that you hold and rotates will need some lube as it is balky and it has dents as visible in the photos. The fold out handle has some play (see close ups). It is mostly bare metal so you can refinish it in black as original. An original piece to complete your factory tool kit.
