Russian 1938 Pattern Pilot Goggles

Description

Russian 1938 Pattern Pilot Goggles

Genuine Russian 1938 pattern pilot goggles.

These are unused surplus and still come in the original brown card box with the Russian language label. These are made from moulded rubber with a felt inner for comfort and the eyepieces are made from metal with glass lenses.

This style was apparently still in use in the 70s as this is when these were made. A pair of these goggles were also worn by Brad Pitt in the recent Hollywood blockbuster Fury, after finding them much more comfortable than the US ones.
