The 9S13 radio target finder (Радиопеленгатор 9С13 "Поиск") is designed to detect and target airborne targets equipped with onboard pulsed radiotechnical means or radar bomber sight. It is a passive device receiving pulse signals in the centimeter wave band. The radio sight is portable, served by the shooter-operator. During operation, the basic sighting device is placed on the shooter's operator's chest, the antenna block either on the chest or on the helmet. The target signal is heard in the handset as a sequence of audio signals.
