A Large Mahogany, Antique Chest of Drawers with a Secret Door. Height - 113 cm Width - 100cm Depth - 50 cm

I am currently using my old phone and it has a low resolution camera, so the pics don't quite do the piece justice.

There are stunning gold and red hues in the Mahogany wood .... the beautiful warm colours vary according to the sunlight and the time of day. This chest has a secret drawer at the top! Looking at the chest you would never guess there was a big, wide single drawer above the other drawers; unless you knew about it.

A heavy, solid and impressive piece, with dove tail joints and other details denoting its age.

The old and aged varnish has been gently sanded and the chest has been fed and protected with several coats of Danish Oil.  

The drawers are spacious and slide with ease.

This chest of drawers has huge charisma.
