PAYMENTS

Payments must be made with 5 days of purchase. We use PayPal payment system.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

We will only ship the item to your confirmed PayPal address at your risk.

Shipping & Handling Fee requested items or Free Shipment offer Items sign-for (Registered/Recorded Mail/Normal airmail without tracking number). We use signed for delivery service with a tracking reference. We will endure to ship the item as soon as possible but please be aware of delays caused by factors beyond our control. Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery. 

-All products are sent using tracked delivery service within 48 hours of purchase. You must be available at the address to receive the delivery. 

-All payments must be completed within 5 days of purchase.

-Postage to Ireland, Channel Islands and some parts of Scotland will be additional charge so please ask before purchase, no exemptions !!!

-The postage quoted is to mainland UK addresses excluding Northern Ireland and the following postcodes, where surcharges may apply - please enquire before ordering.

-International Postage/Buyers: 

-Royal Mail International Tracked would cost extra and can be provided by request. Please send me a message with the country you live in/would like it posted to and I will provide you with a postage quote. International buyers, including those in the European Union, please feel free to contact us for an overseas shipping quote.

-Please be aware that our quoted shipping prices are for freight transport only, and will not include any further charges for your import which may include ISF filing, destination clearance, import duties and taxes. Therefore please contact us so we can discuss what other costs you may incur with shipment such as import VAT and customs duties. In some cases, we may need to apply for export licenses which can take some time; we can advise on time-scales.

-It is always best to contact us for a quote/timescale prior to ordering, as in some cases we may be able to offer reduced postage costs and/or other options.

-Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.

-Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

-You are also welcome to arrange your own courier subject to regulatory and documentation requirements.

RETURNS POLICY

We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with the quality of our products and customer service, both before and after purchase. This is why we offer a no-objection 14 days money back guarantee so if you are unhappy with the product or change your mind, you can return the product unused for a full refund. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn or unused product to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund upon the following conditions; 

-All items must be unused.

-All items must be in their original packaging with all the original accessories.

-You must include the original invoice

-The buyer PAYS FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. 

Please remember that the product is your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and keep it safe until you have received your refund from us. 

Items need to be returned in same condition as it was received. Please contact us directly to confirm return delivery prior to dispatch and then to confirm the receipt by us. Please note that cosmetics that are applied directly to the body are excluded from our returns policy, including lipsticks, nail products, facial cosmetics and eye products.

WARRANTY: 

We do not offer warranty for products sold brand new. Warranties are offered by the manufacturers of the product. All our products come with a standard 1 year warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified on the product page.

After 14 days of purchase if your item has developed any fault that is not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear and it is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer using the warranty card enclosed with the product. 

Should you require assistance, you can message us and we can guide you through the process.We do not offer replacements. 

HOW TO CONTACT US: Please message us via the eBay messaging system only, as we will not respond to direct messages, this is to protect you and us, so we can try and resolve any issue you may have. Please do not contact us using any other email address - these are not regularly checked, so please use the

WARNING TO FRAUDSTERS 

-In order to eliminate fraudulent purchases, unauthorised transactions and to protect customer accounts we have updated our processes. 

-Items will be carefully packaged and sealed under security video recording (CCTV) with a clear view of the serial numbers of the products and EVRI.COM / Royal Mail tracking ID references. 

-We also record the weight of each product prior to packing and after packing in kilograms and grams.  

-Items sent via tracked & signed for Evri.com and Royal Mail Special Delivery service only. The buyer must be available to sign for the delivery. 

-We have had numerous attempts of non-receipt claims and chargebacks. We will only ship the item to your confirmed PayPal address at your risk.
