3 retainers with 2 bolts only no oil pan. look closely .. used 1995-1997 JAGUAR XJ6 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION oil pan screws 3 only   [W/O SUPERCHARGER] part for tranny # nna4400ca . There used not new works fine.  rack file 24
