Condition: Fresh & rare error stamp in block of 12 variety stamps that is accompanied by the original APEX Cert for a larger block shown...the error stamp is the upper left stamp in the block and is OG/LH-the remainder of the block is OG/hinged to NH & minimal perf separations present that does not threaten this block...the middle left stamp which is almost a 'ZONE'CANAL' error but does not meet the definition of such has a bit of facial picking at the bottom (a previous student may have attempted to doctor this to make the error), but in my opinion, the block is too nice to break into just the error single (but you may do so yourself)...I sell this at the price of a single 86h...
