Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 120-20 and following of the Consumer Code, consumers have a right of withdrawal. Only products returned as a whole, in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition, may be subject to a right of withdrawal. The consumer may choose to request a credit note on the sums paid, the exchange of the product or a refund of the sums paid. In such a case, A BIJOUX must, within THIRTY DAYS of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, credit the consumer with a credit note or refund the sums paid. Returns / Exchanges: - Before any return, please obtain an agreement by email, in order to process the return under the best conditions. - An item can be returned to us within 15 days of its dispatch (postmark being taken) provided that it has not been worn and that it is sent back in its original packaging. - The return postage costs incurred by a return are the responsibility of A Bijoux after the customer's request. - We will exchange the item for you for another model. - A refund will be possible IN THE FORM OF HAVE.
